Dr. Diana Bailey DHA

Dr. Diana Bailey

Diana Bailey is the Vice President of Clinical Services for Moorings Park, Inc. In this capacity, she manages the nursing home, home health, physician clinic, out-patient therapy program and quality assurance systems within the continuum of care.

Diana is an experienced senior care provider with more than 25 years’ experience. She received her BS in Healthcare Administration from Michigan State University, her MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix and Dr. of Health Administration from Capella University. Diana previously managed a senior care community in Harbor Springs, MI for a 12 year period and grew up in Cumberland, RI.

Diana has been happily married to Matthew Bailey for over 27 years and has 3 sons.She enjoys her time with her family, outdoor activities and is an active member of the North Naples United Methodist Church.

Djuna Alderuccio BSN RN

Djuna Alderuccio BSN RN

Djuna Alderuccio is the Director of Clinical Services for Moorings Park Community Health, Inc. In this capacity she manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Home Health and Home Care Agencies.

Djuna received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University. She brings more than 38 years of nursing clinical experience with over 28 years being in the home health industry. Her dedication and commitment to managing Moorings Park Community Health, Inc expands over 21 years. Djuna previously provided acute care, unit management and clinical expertise to Renal/Kidney Transplant Patients in the hospital setting in Dayton, OH for a 10-year period.

Djuna grew up in Springboro, OH. She moved to Naples in 1994 to be near the Gulf and beach. She enjoys spending time with her two daughters, swimming, boating, sporting events and is an avid University of Kentucky Wildcat fan.

Ian Suchomel, MSPT

Ian Suchomel is the Director of Outpatient and Home Health Rehabilitation for Moorings Park Community Health, Inc. In this capacity, Ian manages the day-to-day operations for the home health rehab department along with 4 outpatient therapy locations and staff.

Ian received his bachelor’s and Master’s Degree of Physical Therapy at the University of North Florida. Ian brings therapy experience from acute care, skilled rehab, home health and outpatient rehab settings over the past 21 years and continues to treat clients. He also received certification of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment for spine conditions from the McKenzie Institute in 2005.

Ian is a Naples native and returned in 2021 after attending Murray State University, University of Florida and the University of North Florida. He is married to another Naples native and enjoys watching his 2 children grow in their academics and sports.
